My Journey

Hospitality requires you to work in a multi cultural environment.
Being multi cultural allowed me to grow as professional and as person.
Organization, communicating, working in a team are the soft skills I learned but above all I learned how to take care of people.
It takes empathy and commitment to give priority to a person’s needs ahead of your own.

2010

London

London prides itself on its rich cultural heritage, its diversity that enables the coming together of different cultures and communities, an opportunity for people from all backgrounds to share and experience each other's cultures.

I have decided in 2010 of being part of this experience moving to London.
In 2013 I have graduated in Hospitality management at the Westminster Kingsway college and I was awarded most improved student.
Once I graduated, I joined Hilton company as front office receptionist and started my career in hospitality.

2013

Dubai

Dubai is the fourth most popular destination globally. I worked for Conrad Dubai from 2013 until 2015. It was my very first experience working in a luxury hotel.
I have learned the meaning of “experience”.
Customers come to hotels for one reason: they want an experience.
They want hotel representatives to accord their care and attention.
It all about take an extra step and not just meet their demands, but also exceed them.
In 2015 I worked as Executive lounge supervisor at Conrad Dubai and in 2015 we were amongst the best executive floors in the world, creating wow experiences for our loyal guests.

2020

Rome

Tourism is one of the main industries in Italy. In 2019, it represented 13 percent of the Italian gross domestic product. The contribution of tourism to the Italian economy has been constantly growing and it is predicted to rank Italy by 2028 as the the fourth most popular destination globally.
My hospitality experience in Rome has been with Villa Agrippina Gran Melia hotels where I worked as Guest relations.
Being part of Melià hotels has given me the opportunity to learn that more you put into work more you are rewarded.
Be diligent and loyal to your company is a priority.
The hand over the heart gesture when you greet the guests is indeed part of a great company culture and stands for "service from the heart", a culture I will personally never forget in my life.
In this difficult time, my journey is starting from Rome, from Italy, from my country to face a unique new challenge , my personal project that maybe one day might bring me back to London or to Dubai as Hospitality Consultant.

2022

Doha

In 2022 I moved to Doha where I have managed hotel and corporate training projects to high management standards as project manager and where I am founder and Co Founder of HOSPITALITY
CONSULTING GROUP, a consulting alliance of Italians hospitality professionals in the Middle East. .
